Wild Geese sees Paul Sakai (drums),
Kumi Maxson (bass), and Matias E.A. (guitar) join in a dynamic trio focused on long-form free improvisation. While presenting in a familiar jazz trio format, they employ a full spectrum of textures from noise through traditional harmony and have developed a common language involving flexible pulse, drones, 12-tone counterpoint, and extended technique. Their music thematically reflects landscape, closeness and generosity.
Toob creates improvised woodwind soundscapes drawing on drones, slow paced movement, and empathetic communication. They can be found in tunnels and under bridges performing site specific improvisations which utilize the acoustic properties of the spaces in which they play.

Almond is the musical project of multi-instrumentalist Wyatt Ramos. Their latest release "Comically Stumbling" employs a diverse sonic palette, from beat machine electronics to solo piano compositions. Their playful and contemplative sound evokes both futuristic imagination and wistful nostalgia.
