1. LOCATION
The Media Center studios are located at:

2. SCHEDULE
All PRODUCERS and PERFORMERS should arrive no later 6:30pm for set up and
pre-show preparation. Since this is a new venue, it may take longer to get
everyone connected, so please try to arrive early so we can be sure there is
enough time. ALL SETUP MUST BE COMPLETE BY 7:45. The LIVE show will run
continuously for two hours, beginning at 8pm and ending at 10pm. In order to
present a continuous performance, all producers must provide a minimal 'plan'
for their cut (title, theme/description, instrumentation) before the show
begins.
3. EQUIPMENT
Please bring ALL necessary equipment for your instrument(s). This includes
POWER CORDS, ADAPTORS, AUDIO PATCH CABLES (1/4"), MICROPHONES, EFFECTS BOXES and
AMPLIFIERS. Also, bring any stands, racks, chairs/stools, and floor pads you
may require. The studio will provide a few microphones and a mixing board.
4. APPEARANCES
Since this session will be aired LIVE on television, you may wish to consider
wearing something special for the evening. Of course, you should wear whatever
you makes you feel comfortable; however, you might want to AVOID GREEN COLORS
since they can interact with the visual effects "green screen" for showing video
background overlays.
5. INVITATIONS
Feel free to bring other musicians who may be interested in participating. You
may also forward this session notice to other individuals, but do NOT post this
notice to any mailing lists or news groups or to people that you do not
actually know personally.
6. MAILING LIST REMOVAL
