United Nations of Sound, the ultimate Afro-Asian Jazz experience, a spicy stew perfectly brewed with multi-percussionist and poet Avotcja.
Francis Wong (saxophones) and Jon Jang (piano) are co-founders of and have recorded for Asian Improv Arts records, and both are currently "Meet the Composer" New Residents at Japantown in San Francisco. Sandy Pindexter has worked with John Handy and is currently playing with La Moderna Tradicion and Wild Mango. The amazing Jimmy Biala plays drums, kulintang, and anything else he can get to make sounds. We come to share the joy and spread the love!
