An evening of solos, duets, and trios by improvising musicians
Monique Buzzart‚, trombone (from NYC); Philip Gelb, shakuhachi (from Oakland); and
Tom Bickley, recorders (from Berkeley). Buzzarte, Gelb, and Bickley are part of the Deep Listening community and have all worked closely and studied with Pauline Oliveros. The evening will likely include an engaging range of contemplative and rambunctious sound.
