We kick off 1 of 6+3 concerts in our 2005 residency at ODC Theater with a sampling of what sfSound does best: 1 program featuring complex notation + virtuosic improvisation + electronic sound + 1 american experimental music classic + 1 creative transcription project. We premiere Emeryville composer David Bithell's highly original hour-length work that is part trumpet concerto, part performance art exploration.
