Composer, trumpeter, and vocalist
Sarah Wilson's compositions reflect a deep understanding of the connection between images and motion, and evoke theatrical worlds. Having lived and performed in New York City for a dozen years (as well as serving as the musical director and composer of the Lincoln Center Out of Doors Festival's annual giant puppet spectacle), Wilson recently returned to the Bay Area. She composes energetic, idiosyncratic, and complex music that sounds naturally fluid and integrated.
