Jen Baker celebrates the release of her solo album, Blue Dreams with a set of her multiphonic Lyrical Vibrations, followed by a set of duos with special guests Fred Frith, Liz Allbee, and Jon Raskin. Lyrical Vibrations are influenced by Gregorian Chant and Tuvan Throat singing, taking on the character of circular, meandering melodies of the former and executed with the sultry, resonant tones of the latter.
