Pythia Dance presents "TenderSwitch part i: A Dance on the Brink of the World," the first installation in a series of four dance pieces that interweave and explore ancient and contemporary human cultures in relation to the growth of the world. This site-specific dance piece to live, original music will be performed in and near the ocean at the Jack London Aquatic Center. Created by musicians Cheryl Leonard, Gregory Scharpen, Moe! Staiano; and dancers Micaela Gardner and Iu-Hui Chua, with choreography and direction by Dawn McMahan. Performances begin at sunset and admission is free.
