The Del Sol Quartet’s world-premiere recording of Huang Ruo’s A Dust In Time traces a meditative journey inspired by Tibetan Buddhist sand mandalas. The album lenghth palindromic passacaglia grows towards ecstasy from silence before returning to its source. The music will be released in conjunction with Felicia Lee’s hand-drawn coloring book, inviting the listener to create your own mandalas in real-time along with Del Sol's euphoric performance.
